- Establish annual business plans, budgets, and operational targets for all units. N
- Lead expansion, pre-opening, and transition projects across the group. N
- Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimization. N

nMulti-Property Operations Management

- Oversee the complete operations of all hotels, resorts, restaurants, and hospitality businesses within the group N
- Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, SOPs, and guest service protocols N
- Monitor operational KPIs and drive performance improvements across all properties N
- Conduct regular property reviews and operational audits N
- Ensure seamless coordination between units and corporate functions N

nFinancial & Commercial Performance

- Drive achievementof annual revenue and EBITDA/GOP target N




- Monitor departmental productivity, payroll percentages, and operational cost N
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources and budget N
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly business performance report N
- Work closely with Revenue Management and Sales teams to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, banquet revenue, and F&B; profitability N
- Lead cost-control initiatives without compromising guest experience N
