Almost everything treating your dog or cat today started as a human formulation, repurposed and repackaged for animals as an afterthought. We want to change this: healthcare made for pets from the ground up, not borrowed.

The Role
From hacking your way into a platform to grabbing market share will be your mindset. We’re looking for someone who can start hacky and convert into strong growth strategies. You will own growth across e/q-comm and D2C. This is for existing products.
But, if you identify a unique market need, you will also rally the company to engineer an opportunity there for us to own.

Metrics you own: CM2, CAC, revenue, brand growth and customer retention.

What You'll Own
Own growth across all digital channels (ecom, qcom, d2c) from ToF to outcome on revenue and CM
Run paid campaigns across social, search, and marketplaces that convert brand attention into growth
Own the full funnel, awareness through conversion, in lockstep with brand work rather than off to the side of it




Build strategies around long-tail SEO/AEO
Responsible for retention, quality of customers and LTV
Build tracking and attribution so every rupee spent maps to a transparent outcome: CAC, ROAS, LTV
Test relentlessly. Creative, targeting, channel mix, all of it
Decide how the budget should split between brand and performance, and defend that call with real numbers.
Build the marketing operating system: agencies, freelancers, internal capabilities, measurement and processes.
Translate customer, vet and market insight into sharper positioning, campaigns and product opportunities.
Identify whitespace in the market and work with product, clinical and leadership teams to turn it into differentiated propositions.

What You Bring
5–8 years in brand and/or growth marketing, with measurable business outcomes you can clearly explain.
Proof you can build a brand, not just execute campaigns.
Experience building brands across both online and off
