Job Description Position Overview:
Caldic India is seeking a high-impact Business Development professional to drive growth for Pharma Business. This is an individual contributor role requiring a robust hunting mindset, technical understanding of Pharmaceutical ingredients, and the ability to translate customer needs into differentiated ingredient solutions.
The role will focus on Pharmaceutical segment, working closely with customers, Internal Sales teams, and principals to create value-driven, customized solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
- Proactively identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with Pharmaceutical formulations manufacturers in India
- Drive sales for Specialty excipients, not commodity ingredients
- Build and manage a strong new-customer pipeline, from lead generation through commercialization
- Own end-to-end
