Job Description Head of Department – Parul Institute of Design
n Parul Institute of Design (PID) is actively seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Department (HOD) – Visual Communication.

n We are looking for a leader who is not afraid to take risks, enjoys collaborating with the team, and possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills.
n As an HOD, you will provide strategic direction, drive academic excellence, and oversee the smooth functioning of the Visual Communication department while nurturing innovation, creativity, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
n Eligibility: As per UGC norms. Candidates with a Master's in Design/Visual Communication or a PhD and a minimum of 8 years of teaching experience in Visual Communication or related design disciplines, including experience in online or blended learning, will be preferred.
