We offer corporate branding, website development, SEO, social media, performance marketing, packaging design, and photography and videography — all produced in-house. Our clients span healthcare and hospitals, real estate, B2B industrial, wellness, retail and education, across Bangalore, Hyderabad and the Gulf. We are looking for a Sales Executive to handle client conversations and convert enquiries into business. Leads are provided — the focus of this role is communication, presentation and closing. Responsibilities Respond to incoming leads and enquiries promptly and professionally Understand each prospect's requirements and recommend the right thinkB services Conduct client meetings and calls,



both in person and online Present the agency's services and proposals clearly and confidently Handle client queries and objections through to a decision Follow up consistently with prospects until closure Negotiate scope and close agreements Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth handover after conversion Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations and conversion status Build and maintain long-term client relationships Qualifications Experience Minimum 2 years of sales experience at a marketing, branding, advertising or digital agency (mandatory) Proven track record of converting leads into clients Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong presentation and interpersonal skills Working knowledge of branding, digital marketing, SEO, social media and performance marketing Negotiation and objection-handling ability Self-motivated with disciplined follow-up habits Kannada and/or Hindi in addition to English is an advantage Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field Other requirements Based in Bengaluru and able to work on-site full-time from our Kasturi Nagar office Willing to travel within the city for client meetings; own two-wheeler preferred
