Job Description Position: Territory Manager – Sales n Department: Sales n Location: Kolkata n Experience: 2–5 Years n Industry: Medical Devices / Surgical Consumables / Critical Care n Job Summary n We are looking for a result-oriented Territory Manager to drive sales of Critical Care, Surgical, and Medical Device products by building strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, surgeons, and healthcare institutions. n Key Responsibilities n n Develop relationships with doctors, surgeons, hospitals, procurement teams, and key accounts. n Drive sales of Critical Care, Surgical, ICU, and Medical Device products. n Generate new business and expand the assigned territory. n Conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations. n Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction. n Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. n Coordinate with hospital purchase and procurement teams. n Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer requirements. n Ensure timely payment collection and maintain sales reports/CRM updates.



n Support product launches, training programs, and medical conferences. n n Requirements n n Graduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or related field. n 2–5 years of experience in Medical Devices, Surgical, Critical Care, ICU, or Healthcare sales. n Strong experience dealing with doctors, surgeons, hospitals, ICU/OT teams, and procurement departments. n Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. n Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. n n KPIs n n Sales & revenue achievement n New hospital/account acquisition n Customer retention and account growth n Product penetration n Collection efficiency n Territory growth n n Ideal Candidate: Medical sales skilled with strong hospital and doctor relationships, proven sales performance, and hands-on experience in Critical Care/Surgical products.
