Role: Lead - F&B; Operations

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced hospitality qualified to manage end-to-end F&B; operations of at our Dahej / Vadodara / Hazira site. The role requires delivering hotel-like standards F&B; services, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Oversee complete F&B; operations – menu planning, food quality, hygiene, and service standards
n
- Manage budgets, drive cost optimization, and ensure efficient utilization of resources
n
- Ensure excellent guest experience for senior leadership and visiting stakeholders
n
- Manage and supervise housekeeping, kitchen, and service teams
n
- Handle vendor management, contract oversight, and performance monitoring
n
- Drive operational efficiency without compromising service quality
n




- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and statutory norms
n

Ideal Candidate Profile:

n

n
- 10-15 years of experience in hotel operations / hospitality / F&B; management
n
- Proven experience in managing hotels/canteens/cafeteria
n
- Strong exposure to F&B; operations
n
- Demonstrated leadership in managing large teams and multiple facilities
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and service orientation
n

Preferred:

n

n
- Experience with premium hotels or large hospitality brands
n
- Prior experience managing multiple properties or campus-style hospitality setups
n
