✨ WE’RE HIRING – FASHION DESIGNER Company: SH Textiles LLP Brand: Pink Derby – Girls’ Wear | Age 1–10 Years Location: Kolkata Position: Full-Time Fashion Designer We are looking for a creative, trend-focused and technically skilled Fashion Designer to join our growing kidswear team. Key Responsibilities Design innovative and commercially viable collections for girls aged 1–10 years Develop seasonal, festive, ethnic and casual collections Create mood boards, colour palettes, design concepts and detailed design sheets Develop designs from initial concept through sampling and final production Select appropriate fabrics, trims, embellishments and accessories Coordinate closely with sampling, production and merchandising teams Conduct fashion and kidswear trend research Create and present 3D garment designs and visualisations using CLO 3D Make design modifications and 3D samples to reduce physical sampling time Ensure designs maintain the brand’s aesthetic,



quality and commercial requirements Requirements Degree/Diploma in Fashion Designing or equivalent 2+ years of relevant fashion design experience , preferably in kidswear Strong working knowledge of CLO 3D is mandatory Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator / CorelDRAW / Photoshop or equivalent design software Good understanding of fabrics, garment construction, patterns and finishing Strong knowledge of fashion trends, colours and silhouettes Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail Ability to independently develop a collection from concept to production Strong communication and coordination skills Ideal Candidate Someone who can combine creativity + fashion sense + technical garment knowledge + CLO 3D expertise and turn ideas into production-ready designs.
