Job Description About the Role n n We are seeking a Tax Deputy Manager to join the 1120 Corporate Tax practice in Mumbai, Ahmedabad ,Hyderabad ,Bangalore location. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing setting and providing clients with exceptional services. n n Responsibilities n n Delivering a full range of 1120 Corporate tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe. n Building relationships and interacting with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting, and expertise. n Providing tax planning and reviewing tax returns. n Review and managing of the Tax returns and supporting Work papers as per US Tax Law. n Excellent opportunity to learn complex tax issues affecting US and Global Companies.



n n n Qualifications n n n Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required. n 3+ years of progressive US/Global taxation experience. n n n Required Skills n n CPA/CA or Enrolled Agent shall be an added advantage. n Experience working directly with clients and/or global counterparts. n Experience working with financial services clients. n n n Preferred Skills n n n Experience working directly with clients and/or global counterparts. n Experience working with financial services clients. n n
