This is a full-time in office role for a BIM Architect located in Chennai. You will be responsible for creating and managing BIM models in Revit, developing architectural drawings and construction drawings, and preparing submittals for a wide variety of projects. Examples are large private luxury estates, office buildings, commercial high end spaces…. Daily tasks will include collaborating with project teams, render teams, and external consultants - ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of design documentation.

Qualifications

- Expertise in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
n
- Proficiency in creating Architectural and Construction Drawings
n
- Experience in preparing and managing Submittals
n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai or Mumbai
n
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
n
- Experience with international projects is a plus
