Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, messages, and emails
- Provide accurate information about products, orders, and services
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
- Upsell and cross -sell skincare products when appropriate
- Maintain customer records and follow up as required
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty
Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Robust customer support and relationship -building skills
- Proven or natural upselling and persuasion abilities
- Ability to understand skincare products and customer needs
- Prior experience in customer support or sales is a plus
