JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive/Manager with hands-on experience in Direct Taxation, Day-to-Day Accounting, and Monthly Statutory Compliance. The candidate will be responsible for managing individual tax return filings, TDS/GST compliance, and general accounting functions. This is a great prospect to work in a dynamic and growth-oriented professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and data entries in Tally or accounting software.

- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for Individuals, Professionals, and Sole Proprietors. Companies.

- Prepare and file TDS Returns (Form 24Q, 26Q) and ensure timely payments.

- Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconcile with books.

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ledgers.

- Assist in tax calculations, tax workings, and compliance deadlines.

- Coordinate with clients for collection of required data and resolving queries.





- Maintain compliance calendars and ensure adherence to tax and regulatory deadlines.

- Support audit requirements and other related documentation.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Working knowledge of Direct Tax provisions, ITR filing, and TDS compliance.

- Working knowledge of GST law and return filing processes.

- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and other accounting tools.

- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.

- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently.

- Effective communication and coordination skills with clients and team members.

Preferred:

- Experience in a CA firm or taxation-focused organization.

- Familiarity with tax filing portals (Income Tax, GST, Traces, etc.).

- Ability to manage multiple clients or assignments simultaneously.

Salary: Commensurate with experience (25k to 40K per month)
