About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day bookkeeping operations for multiple U.S. client accounts. Your expertise will ensure accurate financial record-keeping, timely processing of payroll, and compliance with multi-state sales tax filings. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of U.S. accounting practices,



proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Desktop, and experience working remotely. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse client base while enjoying the flexibility of a remote work environment.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of three years of bookkeeping experience, preferably supporting U.S.-based clients. Robust working knowledge of QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop is essential, along with hands-on experience running payroll through major payroll platforms such as Gusto, ADP, or ATX. Candidates should have proven experience preparing and filing sales tax returns across multiple U.S. states, demonstrating familiarity with multi-jurisdictional compliance.
