We are hiring a proactive IT HR Recruiter with valuable knowledge of IT roles and technologies, even as a fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience. You will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for various technical positions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates for IT roles via job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Screen resumes and assess candidate technical compatibility
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews
- Understand and interpret job descriptions for roles like Java Developer, QA Engineer, DevOps, etc.
- Maintain candidate database and provide regular updates to hiring managers
