Chakra is looking for a creative and strategic Brand, Content & Community Manager to shape how our brand shows up — both online and offline.

We're looking for someone who understands brand building, storytelling, content and community, and can turn what's happening across Chakra into compelling campaigns, experiences and creative ideas.

You'll own Chakra's content calendar, work closely with our videographer/editor to bring ideas to life, and help create partnerships, pop-ups and community experiences that get people excited about the brand.

What You'll Do

Brand & Content
Own and manage Chakra's monthly and weekly content calendar
Develop content concepts, campaigns and recurring series that build the Chakra brand
Identify compelling stories across our riders, instructors, studios and community and turn them into content
Develop clear creative briefs for our videographer/editor, including concepts, references, messaging, hooks and CTAs
Direct the creation of Reels,



Stories, static posts and other social content
Brief and oversee posters, bulletin boards, studio collateral, promotional creatives and other brand assets
Own Chakra's brand voice and ensure messaging and visual identity remain consistent across touchpoints
Write and/or oversee copy for social media, campaigns, posters, Stories and app push notifications
Identify which classes, offers, events and initiatives require additional marketing support and build campaigns around them
Plan content and creative around studio launches, new formats, instructors, events and other key moments
Monitor content performance and use insights to continuously improve our content strategy
Community & Experiences
Develop ideas that strengthen Chakra's community and give riders more reasons to engage with the brand beyond class
Conceptualize and execute community events, themed experiences, challenges, workshops and speci
