Job Description

SwissIQ is a recent premium watch strap and band brand — Swiss-sourced material, built for owners of Rolex, Omega, Cartier, Tudor, Grand Seiko and Seiko. The category is dominated by a handful of global players; almost none of them are producing modern, fast, AI-assisted creative, and several run no paid advertising at all. That is the gap we intend to walk into.

This is a founding-team creative hire. The person in this seat will produce a very large share of everything the public ever sees of this brand — the website, the product films, the ads, the Instagram grid, the reels. There is no existing creative team to inherit work from and no legacy style guide to follow. You will help build both.

We are looking for a creative generalist who is genuinely AI-native — someone who uses Runway, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Flux and Nano Banana as a daily production stack, not as a novelty.

What You Will Own

Video & motion —

4–8 short-form videos per week for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Meta ads, 8 to 30 seconds
AI-generated product films: strap in motion,



water, light play, texture close-ups, wrist-shot sequences
Paid ad creative: hook variations, static-to-motion, UGC-style edits, comparison formats
Voiceover and sound design using ElevenLabs and licensed audio

Image & rendering —

Product photography retouching and AI enhancement — colour, texture, edge and reflection cleanup
AI-generated lifestyle imagery where physical shoots are not economical
Watch-and-strap composites across dozens of watch references
Product page imagery, size and fitment diagrams, packaging mockups

UX/UI & web —

Design and iterate the Shopify storefront: home, collection, product and per-watch-reference landing pages
Landing pages for paid campaigns, built to convert
Mobile-first every time
Email and lifecycle design (Klaviyo templates)

Brand & graphic design —

Apply and extend the brand identity: typography, colour, layout systems, iconography
Packaging, inse
