SwissIQ is a premium watch strap and band brand for luxury watches — Swiss-sourced material, built for owners of Rolex, Omega, Cartier, Tudor, Grand Seiko and Seiko. The category is dominated by a handful of global players, most of whom post inconsistently, run almost no paid advertising, and treat social as an afterthought. That is the gap we are walking into.

This is a founding-team hire. The person in this seat will run the only two channels the brand speaks through at launch: Instagram and YouTube. There is no existing social team to inherit work from.

The founder sets the content strategy. You execute it — completely, and on time.

That distinction matters, so we state it plainly: you are not being hired to decide what the brand should say. You are being hired to take a strategy that already exists and turn it into a shot list, a shoot day, an edit brief, a posting calendar and a live grid — week after week, without the calendar slipping.

What You Will Own

Planning & calendar — approx. 15% of time

Turn the founder's monthly strategy into a working calendar:



what shoots when, what publishes when, on which channel, in which format
Maintain the committed format mix — roughly 55% carousel, 35% reel, 10% static
Hold a cadence of 1.5–2 posts a day, roughly 70–80 pieces a month across both channels
Keep a two-week buffer of approved, scheduled content at all times

Production coordination — approx. 30% of time

Build the shot list before every shoot — reference watches, straps, angles, macro moments, wrist shots
Book and run the shoot with our in-house photographer: props out, watches ready, straps fitted, lighting set, nothing improvised on the day
Brief the editor properly — reference clips, hook, pacing, caption plan, aspect ratio, delivery date. Chase the file. Review it against the brief.
Keep an organised asset library so nothing is shot twice

Publishing & channel work — approx. 25% of time

Write captions and hooks in the brand voice; eve
