Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves engaging prospective and existing customers via phone, explaining the value of Sigma Scanner, understanding customer needs,



and guiding them toward suitable solutions and subscription plans. The specialist will conduct product demonstrations over calls, follow up on leads, manage pipelines, and support customers through onboarding and basic usage questions. Daily responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, and meeting defined sales and customer engagement targets.
Qualifications

Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support capabilities.
Excellent Communication skills, with transparent spoken and written English and comfort in regional languages as applicable.
Proven Sales skills, with experience in telesales, inside sales, or similar target-driven roles.
Ability to deliver Training or product walkthroughs to help customers understand and use a digital investing platform.
