About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst specialized in healthcare data to join our dynamic team at Persistent Systems. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing large-scale healthcare datasets, developing data models, and supporting data integration efforts. Your expertise will assist in building scalable cloud infrastructure, implementing system health monitoring, and enhancing our data analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Statistics, Healthcare Analytics, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in US healthcare analytics, including benefits, claims, and eligibility data, is essential. Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing healthcare datasets is required, along with familiarity with Snowflake, MySQL, and modern data warehousing concepts. Experience in creating healthcare process and data flow documentation using tools such as Microsoft Visio or draw.io is highly desirable.
