Job Description

The APAC Regional Facilities Manager provides leadership and oversight for facilities operations, maintenance, infrastructure reliability, capital projects, and workplace services across the Asia-Pacific portfolio. The role serves as the primary regional leader responsible for ensuring secure, compliant, cost-effective, and business-aligned facilities operations while driving service excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement across all APAC sites.

Responsibilities

Regional Facilities Leadership

Lead all facilities operations across APAC sites, including maintenance, workplace services, vendor management, and facility compliance.
Serve as the primary regional liaison between local business leaders and Global Facilities Management.
Implement global facilities standards, policies, and service levels across the region.
Provide leadership, coaching, and development for regional facilities personnel and contractors.

Operations & Maintenance

Ensure reliability and performance of critical building systems, including electrical, mechanical, fire protection,



security, and building automation systems.
Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce operational risk and downtime.
Support business continuity, emergency preparedness, and resilience initiatives.

Capital Planning & Project Delivery

Develop regional capital plans and infrastructure investment recommendations.
Manage facility improvement, renovation, modernization, and expansion projects.
Coordinate with the Global Planning & Project Management team to execute capital projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Financial & Vendor Management

Manage regional operating budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction, operational efficiencies, and energy savings.
Oversee service providers, contracts, and vendor performance throughout the region.
