About The Role

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Senior Executive, HR Operations, to join our Human Resources team in Bangalore. This role is pivotal in managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of employee lifecycle processes, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.



The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of ownership, excellent stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience with HRMS and payroll systems. The Senior Executive will play a critical role in enhancing employee experience through productive process management, accurate data handling, and supporting HR automation initiatives.

Qualifications

The preferred candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields. An MBA or PGDM specializing in Human Resources is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate relevant experience in HR operations, with a solid understanding of employee lifecycle management, payroll processes, and HRMS administration.
