Job Description
This is a remote position.
At EXO Edge, we are looking for a Cloud Engineer to join our Information Security team. In this role, you will support the security and administration of Azure, Microsoft 365, and cloud-based applications. You will work on cloud security controls, identity and access management, endpoint security, automation, and threat protection while collaborating with IT and Information Security teams to strengthen our overall security posture.

What to expect in your journey

Configure and administer security controls across Azure, Microsoft 365, and cloud-based applications.
Configure, enable, and manage security policies, benchmarks, and security baselines.
Support cloud engineering, scripting, and automation using a secure-by-design approach.




Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and support API integrations for security and cloud operations.
Configure and manage Conditional Access policies and other identity security controls.
Implement and manage Privileged Identity Management (PIM) across Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID.
Manage security keys, vaults, security groups, and other cloud security resources.
Deploy and manage Intune MDM, BitLocker/FileVault disk encryption, and endpoint security controls.
Implement Shadow IT controls and manage Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps Discovery.
Configure and manage email security controls and policies for threat protection.
Support IT teams in resolving IT tickets and addressing security events and incidents.
Provide security recommendations to identify, manage, and remediate vulnerabilities.
Support Microsoft Sentinel SIEM/SOAR activities, including security monitoring and incident investigation.
