We are hiring a Senior Salesforce Developer to build, enhance, and support enterprise-scale Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

You’ll work extensively with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Omni-Channel, REST/Bulk/Metadata APIs, third-party integrations, CI/CD, production support, and operational excellence.

The role also involves working across initiatives such as AI Case Summarization, bulk communications, Omni-Channel routing and case orchestration, agentic feedback synchronization, and Salesforce-to-data-platform integrations.

? Schedule: US Central Time with some overlap with India Standard Time
