About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Archviz Project Coordinator to join our team on a remote basis. This role is pivotal in managing and coordinating architectural visualization projects, primarily serving clients across North America. The ideal candidate will possess a strong architectural background, excellent communication skills, and experience working with international clients.



As an Archviz Project Coordinator, you will act as the primary liaison between clients and the production team, ensuring that project deliverables are met with the highest quality standards and within stipulated timelines. This position offers a minimum one-year contract with the potential for extension based on performance and project requirements.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) and have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of industry experience, preferably in architecture or visualization. Prior experience in project coordination or client-facing roles, especially with international clients from North America, is highly desirable. A strong understanding of the architectural visualization pipeline, including photorealistic rendering, VR tours, animations, and technical drawings, is essential.
