About The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team remotely from India. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the successful execution of complex engineering, product, and business initiatives as we scale our AI platform. Your expertise will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business goals.



You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, design, quality assurance, and leadership, to coordinate efforts and facilitate seamless communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of managing large-scale programs in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

4–7 years of professional experience in program or project management within a technical setting.
Current role as a Technical Program Manager or Technical Project Manager.
Solid understanding of software development processes and system architecture.
Experience managing complex, cross-functional engineering programs from inception to completion.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, product, design, QA, and executive teams.
