About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-centric Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team at Selfanimate.



The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing seamless support to our users, ensuring they have a positive experience while creating and customizing videos on our platform. This full time position based in Lucknow reports directly to the Customer Support Manager or Business Head. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries through various communication channels such as email, chat, WhatsApp, and support tickets. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, guiding customers through the platform’s features, assisting with payments and downloads, and collecting valuable feedback to improve our services.
