About The Role

As a Business Development Manager at Alphavima Technologies Inc, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our sales strategy within targeted markets. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and motivate a sales team to identify, develop, and close recent business opportunities. You will focus on engaging senior decision-makers and influencers across enterprise and mid-market segments,



educating them about Alphavima’s innovative solutions related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central/ERP. Your efforts will directly impact the company's growth trajectory by expanding our customer base and increasing revenue streams. The role requires a strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset who can navigate complex sales cycles and establish strong client relationships in competitive environments.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT services sales, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central/ERP solutions.
Proven success in selling to international markets, particularly North America and the UK.
Deep understanding of Microsoft ERP/CRM products and their role in digital transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
