KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Call current leads within 5–10 minutes
* Qualify budget, land, power, loan readiness, decision authority
* Fix Zoom / physical meeting for RM
* Daily follow-up of warm & cold leads
* Maintain proper CRM entry & reporting
* Filter non-serious leads
? IDEAL PROFILE
* 1–3 years telesales experience
* Comfortable with 100+ calls/day
* B2B sales preferred
* Fluent Hindi + Bengali (English bonus)
* Target-driven personality
