Sales Manager - Education Loans

Job Description

Role: The
Sales Manager is responsible for driving Education Loan business growth within
a designated geographical area. This role involves leading and inspiring a
sales team to achieve targets, developing and implementing sales strategies,
and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop
and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed team
targets.
- Recruit,
train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Build
and maintain strong relationships with customers, educational
institutions, DSAs, Overseas Study Consultants, Visa Consultants and other
stakeholders.
- Conduct
market research and competitor analysis to identify business
opportunities.
- Analyze
sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure
compliance with all relevant policies,



procedures, and regulations.

Requirements
Min Age 21- Max Age 45 as on 01.01.2024

Qualifications:
- Minimum
1-2 years of experience in the Education Loan industry.
- Proven
track record of sales achievement.
- Strong
leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency
in MS Office Suite.

Education: A
Bachelor's degree is required.
