Job Title: Store Manager

Job Summary
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate stock records, and smooth inward and outward material movement. The role requires close coordination with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to maintain optimal stock levels while ensuring proper storage, safety, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. Inventory Management
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure availability of materials at all times
- Maintain accurate stock records for raw materials, finished goods, and consumables
- Conduct regular stock audits, physical verification, and cycle counts
- Identify and minimize stock discrepancies, damages, and losses
2. Inward & Outward Material Handling
- Handle inward material entries by verifying quantities against purchase orders and invoices
- Ensure proper documentation such as GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and delivery challans
- Manage outward material dispatch as per requirements and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods
