Role Overview:

We're looking for a Lead Product Designer who can stay hands-on while raising how design works across the team. You'll own product and UX/UI direction on complex, multi-platform projects end to end, from problem framing through polished delivery, while reviewing and mentoring other designers so the whole team ships faster and with more confidence.

You'll also own a piece of our design infrastructure, whether that's the design system, documentation standards, or critique culture, and you'll be the person clients and internal stakeholders trust to explain the "why" behind a decision. AI sits inside how you work day to day: you'll use it to accelerate research, critique,



and design operations, and you'll help other designers do the same without cutting corners on quality.

What You Will Own:
- Lead product and UX/UI work from problem framing through delivery on complex projects, translating user, business, and client needs into flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces across web and mobile.
- Review, mentor, and unblock other designers, running critiques that raise team quality, confidence, and speed rather than just catching errors.
- Own or improve a system-level asset, such as the design system, documentation, QA standards, file hygiene, or a recurring design ritual, and be accountable for it getting measurably better.
- Use feedback, research inputs, and usability thinking to pressure-test design decisions before they ship.
