Key Responsibilities
- Build
and maintain monthly social media content calendars aligned to each client’s
objectives and brand voice
- Coordinate
captions, static creatives, carousels, reels, stories, and campaign moments
with Content and Design teams
- Schedule
and publish content across relevant platforms including Instagram, Facebook,
LinkedIn, and YouTube where applicable
- Manage
community responses, comments, DMs, escalation points, and basic online
reputation hygiene
- Track
platform trends and recommend relevant content formats without compromising
brand consistency
- Prepare
monthly organic social performance summaries covering reach, engagement,
follower quality, top content, and next actions
- Manage
multiple client calendars and approvals without missed posting dates





Must-Have Skills / Screening
Criteria
- Strong
platform-native understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Good
copy judgement and ability to write/edit concise social captions
- Organised
content-calendar and approval-management skills
- Comfortable
using social scheduling/publishing tools and platform insights
- Able
to distinguish meaningful engagement from vanity metrics

Positive to Have
- Basic
Canva/Figma skills for quick adaptations or briefing creatives
- Hands-on
experience with reels/short-form video coordination
- Experience
with education, B2C, D2C, or founder-led brands
