Experience: 4 to 5 years of sales in B2B

Salary: 10 TO 11 CTC

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of sales representatives, setting targets and monitoring performance.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify current business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize product promotion and sales efforts.
- Negotiate and close large sales deals, ensuring profitable growth for the company.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance.
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast future sales trends.
- Address client queries and concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
