We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design and development of Electrical/Electronics systems for the defence sector, involving both reverse engineering and new product development. The role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on prototyping skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with industry standards while collaborating across teams and supporting manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop Electrical/Electronics systems for defence applications through reverse engineering or recent development.
- Create prototypes, troubleshoot technical issues, and conduct detailed testing and validation.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications, test plans,



and reports.
- Ensure products meet relevant compliance standards and certifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
- Support manufacturing teams in resolving production issues and addressing component obsolescence.
- Participate actively in project management activities such as planning, quotations, and quality assurance.
- Liaise with suppliers and clients to provide technical guidance and support.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the design and development of Electrical/Electronics products.
