Must Have Skills :

Strong hands -on experience with Splunk Enterprise / Splunk Cloud.

- Proficiency in SPL (Search Processing Language) for building searches, reports, and dashboards.

- Experience in log onboarding, parsing, indexing, and data normalization.

- Knowledge of monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting in enterprise environments.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large volumes of machine data.

Positive to Have Skills :

Experience with Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) or Enterprise Security (ES).

- Exposure to DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud log integrations.

- Familiarity with Unix/Linux and scripting languages (Python, Shell).

- Splunk certifications (Power User, Admin, Developer)

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain Splunk dashboards, reports, and alerts.

- Onboard new data sources and ensure data quality, performance, and security.

- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams to define monitoring requirements.

- Troubleshoot Splunk performance issues and optimize search efficiency and indexing.

- Maintain documentation and best practices for Splunk development and operations
