We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Site Engineer with a robust background in residential building construction. The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, while upholding the highest standards of honesty and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Site Supervision: Conduct regular inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and adherence to safety regulations.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the management team, project manager, project engineer, and subcontractors to ensure all project specifications are achieved.
- Technical Support: Follow established processes and methodologies while supporting the construction team in resolving on-site issues.
- Documentation:



Maintain accurate records including daily reports, material usage, and labor attendance.
- Quality Control: Implement quality assurance measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
- Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols and promote a safe workplace through regular training and monitoring.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Degree (DCE / BE) in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in residential building construction.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
