We are seeking a skilled and customer -focused Service Engineer to join our agile Repair & Maintenance Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for the inspection, diagnosis, repair, and preventive maintenance of industrial and commercial equipment across diverse operational environments. Your expertise in mechanical troubleshooting and hands -on service delivery will ensure optimal equipment performance, minimize downtime, and enhance customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for a technically proficient professional with 1–3 years of hands -on experience in maintenance and service operations, who thrives in fast -paced, field -based settings. You will serve as a key technical liaison between our clients and our service infrastructure, ensuring timely resolutions and long -term equipment reliability. Your work will directly contribute to operational efficiency, safety compliance, and the delivery of high -quality service outcomes.




Responsibilities:


- Perform on -site inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of mechanical and electro mechanical equipment.


- Conduct routine preventive and predictive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and reduce failure risks.


- Troubleshoot mechanical issues using technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.


- Maintain accurate service records and documentation using digital work order systems.


- Provide timely and professional customer support,



including clear communication of service status and recommendations.


- Replace worn or damaged components and ensure proper calibration of repaired systems.


- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to coordinate service schedules and resource allocation.


- Adhere to safety protocols, OSHA standards, and company compliance guidelines during all service activities.


- Recommend upgrades or replacements based on equipment condition and performance data.




Requirements

Requirements:


- 1–3 years of hands -on experience in equipment maintenance, repair, or field service engineering.


- Proven ability in mechanical troubleshooting and repair of industrial or commercial equipment.


- Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, including preventive and corrective maintenance.


- Proficient in using hand and power tools, diagnostic instruments, and maintenance software.


- Excellent customer service orientation with strong verbal and written communication skills.


- Ability to work independently in field environments, often under time constraints.


- High school diploma or equivalent; trade certification or associate degree in mechanical or industrial technology is a plus.


- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field service assignments.


- Willingness to travel locally and occasionally out of town as needed.
