We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience and will be responsible for sourcing and hiring talented candidates to meet our organizational needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Candidate Sourcing**: Actively search for potential candidates through various channels like job portals, social media, and referrals to build a strong talent pool.

- **Screening Resumes**: Evaluate incoming resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates based on position requirements and qualifications.

- **Conducting Interviews**: Organize and conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for the company.

- **Coordinating Hiring Processes**: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.

- **Maintaining Records**: Keep detailed and organized records of candidates and recruitment activities for compliance and reporting purposes.

- **Building Relationships**:



Develop and maintain positive relationships with candidates and stakeholders to enhance the company’s employer brand.

Required skills and expectations include strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively in a team, and good organizational abilities. Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques will be beneficial. The candidate should be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work setting. Only male candidates, who have completed their 12th grade, will be considered for this full-time role based in the office.
