We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Executive to join our team in Indore. This role is ideal for someone with 2 to 3 years of experienced professionals looking to contribute to the HR department in a dynamic work environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Recruitment and Selection:** Manage the end-to-end recruitment process which includes drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process to find the right candidates for various positions.

- **Employee Onboarding:** Oversee the onboarding process for current hires, ensuring they are well-oriented with company policies, culture, and procedures, helping them integrate smoothly into the team.

- **Performance Management:** Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems, guiding supervisors in evaluating employee performance, and collecting feedback to foster employee development.

- **Employee Engagement:** Organize team-building activities and initiatives to enhance employee morale and create a positive workplace culture that encourages collaboration and productivity.





- **Policy Development:** Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations to maintain a fair workplace.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates must possess an or PGDM degree with a focus on Human Resources. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse teams.
