### Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and manage day-to-day road construction activities at the site.

* Execute and monitor *road leveling and grading* work.

* Handle *WBM (Water Bound Macadam)* road construction activities.

* Supervise *cement concrete road* construction.

* Manage and monitor *drainage and road drain* works.

* Ensure construction work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

* Coordinate with contractors, site workers, suppliers, and project management teams.

* Monitor material usage, quality, and site progress.

* Prepare and maintain daily site progress reports.

* Ensure proper execution of work within the planned schedule.
