We are looking for a dedicated Oncologist to join our team in Ranchi, India. This role is suitable for recent graduates or those with less than one year of experience and requires a Doctorate or PhD in medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Patient Evaluation**: Conduct thorough assessments of patients with suspected or diagnosed cancer. This includes reviewing medical histories and ordering necessary tests to determine the best course of action.

2. **Treatment Planning**: Develop personalized treatment plans for cancer patients. This will involve recommending chemotherapy, radiation, or other therapies based on individual patient needs and discussions with multidisciplinary teams.

3. **Patient Education**: Communicate effectively with patients and their families, explaining diagnoses, treatment options, and potential side effects. Ensuring that patients understand their conditions and treatment plans is crucial for effective care.
