Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for reliability improvements.

Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.

Coordinate maintenance schedules with operations and production teams.

Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports.

Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement requirements.

Support installation, commissioning, and testing of current equipment and machinery.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring failures.





Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance work.

Contribute to continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
