We are seeking a customer-focused CRM / Telecalling Executive to manage client interactions, maintain customer relationships, and support sales and service processes. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, updating CRM systems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -

o Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services.

o Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information.

o Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

o Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.

o Build and maintain solid customer relationships through effective communication.

o Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support campaigns.





o Prepare daily/weekly call reports and share insights with management.

o Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
