We are looking for a motivated Legal Intern to support the legal team with research, drafting, and compliance tasks. This role provides hands-on experience in corporate law, contracts, and regulatory matters, offering valuable exposure to practical legal work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -

o Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

o Conduct legal research on case laws, statutes, and regulatory updates.

o Support compliance activities and help prepare reports for management.

o Maintain and organize legal files, records, and documentation.

o Attend meetings with the legal team and prepare minutes.

o Assist in handling queries related to corporate governance and statutory requirements.

o Provide administrative support to the legal department as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS -





o Pursuing LLB/LLM or equivalent law degree.

o Strong knowledge of corporate law, contracts, and compliance basics.

o Good research, drafting, and analytical skills.

o Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools

o Strong communication and organizational abilities.

o Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a team setting.
