We are looking for a dedicated Delivery Boy to join our team in Panskura. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in valuable condition.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Order Delivery:** You will be responsible for delivering products to customers' locations, ensuring that all items are delivered safely and punctually.

- **Traffic Navigation:** Efficiently navigate through traffic and various routes to ensure timely delivery while adhering to local regulations.

- **Customer Interaction:** Communicate with customers during delivery, confirming their order and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

- **Handling Packages:** Carefully handle and transport packages, ensuring that they remain undamaged during transit.

- **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of deliveries made, including noting any issues or delays in the process.

- **Report Issues:** Inform supervisors about any delivery challenges or customer complaints to enhance service quality.





**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a 12th-grade education and possess a good understanding of local routes. We expect candidates to be physically fit, as the role requires lifting and carrying packages. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with customers. A positive attitude, reliability, and punctuality are key traits we seek. Having a valid driver's license and being familiar with the area will be advantageous.
