We are seeking a reliable Store Incharge to oversee operations at our location in Transport Nagar, Lucknow. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of daily store activities while maintaining excellent customer service and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate records to ensure that products are available when needed while minimizing surplus.

2. **Customer Service**: Assist customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and address any issues or complaints effectively.

3. **Store Maintenance**: Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.

4. **Team Coordination**: Work collaboratively with other team members, facilitating a positive environment and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.

5. **Sales Monitoring**: Track sales transactions and report on daily performance to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
