## Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated **Graduate Mechanical Engineer** to join our Engineering/Production team. The candidate will support manufacturing, production planning, machine operations, quality control, drawing interpretation, and process improvement activities.

## Key Responsibilities

* Read and understand mechanical drawings, dimensions, and specifications.

* Support production and manufacturing activities.

* Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, and Maintenance teams.

* Monitor production processes and ensure work is carried out as per specifications.

* Assist in preparing production reports, inspection reports, and other technical documents.

* Perform basic calculations related to dimensions, materials, weight, and production requirements.

* Assist in troubleshooting mechanical and production-related problems.

* Ensure proper use of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.

* Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.

* Assist in maintaining machine, tooling, and production records.

* Participate in process improvement and productivity enhancement activities.

* Support preventive maintenance and basic machine-related activities when required.

## Required Skills





* Good knowledge of **Mechanical Engineering fundamentals**.

* Knowledge of **Engineering Drawing and GD&T;** is an advantage.

* Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes such as CNC, VMC, machining, fabrication, etc.

* Knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection methods.

* Basic knowledge of **MS Excel and MS Office**.

* Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Good communication and teamwork skills.

* Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.

## Preferred Knowledge

* AutoCAD / SolidWorks or other CAD software.

* CNC/VMC machining knowledge.

* Production planning and control.

* Quality inspection and documentation.

* Basic knowledge of ISO / quality systems.
