Job Summary:- The store keeper is responsible for managing construction materials, tools, equipment, and inventory at the project site. The role ensures proper receipt, strong, issue, and record-keeping of all materials.

Key Responsibilities:-

. Receive and inspect materials delivered to the construction site.

. Check quantity and quality against purchase order and delivery challans.

. Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing materials.

. Issue materials to site engineers, supervisors, and workers as per approved requirement.

. Maintain stock registers and conduct regular physical stock verification.

. Ensure proper storage, identification, and safety of materials.

. Monitor minimum stock levels and inform management about shortages.

. Maintain records of tools, equipment, consumables, and construction materials.

. Prevent material damage, wastage, loss, and unauthorized issues.

. Maintain a clean and organized store/ warehouse.

. Prepare daily weekly, and monthly stock reports.

Required Skills:-

. Good Knowledge of cinstruction materials and stroe management.

.



Basic knowlwdge of inventory and stock control.

.Valuable records-keeping and documentation skills.

. Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel and MS Word.

. Good Communication and coordination skills.

. Ability to maintain accurate stock records.

. Honest, responsible, and organized.

. Ability to work at a construction site under pressure.

Qualification & Experience: -

. 12th Pass/Diploma / Graduate preferred.

. Experience : - 2-5 year of experience as a store keeper, Preferably in construction.

. Knowledge of construction materials will be an advantage.
