**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Lead Sales Team:** Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve performance. This involves providing guidance, setting goals, and fostering a positive work environment.

- **Develop Sales Strategies:** Create and implement effective sales strategies that align with company objectives. This includes analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and responding to customer needs.
