Key Responsibilities:

1. **Customer Engagement**: Initiate conversations with potential and existing customers to understand their needs, address queries, and provide relevant information about our services.

2. **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and inquiries in our database to ensure effective follow-ups and service tracking.

3. **Sales Support**: Assist in generating leads and contributing to sales targets by promoting our products and services during calls.

4. **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on call outcomes, customer feedback, and suggestions for process improvements to the management team.

5. **Collaboration**: Work with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless communication flow and enhance customer satisfaction.





Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must possess solid communication skills in Hindi or English and a friendly, approachable demeanor to connect with customers easily. Basic computer skills are necessary for data entry and record-keeping. We seek individuals who are proactive, enjoy talking to people, and can handle rejection constructively. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential, even if you have no prior telecalling experience.
